north coast community church

I am excited to announce the plans for a new non-denominational, fundamental, evangelical church for Newquay, Cornwall, England. Since the church isn't actually up and running yet, the official website is not yet ready, but some information is below.

It is planned to structure the church on the model of North Hills Community Church in Taylors, SC. The church will be ‘A Caring Community of Christlike Disciplemakers'.

Plans are in the early stages and the team is in the process of being built. The following ministries are just some of the opportunities that one could have ministering in this area:

Visiting Nursing and Care Homes
After school club & Vacation School – daily
through summer vacation club – probably mornings.
Beach missions
Youth Club
Ice-cream & coffee shop **
Work – paid or charity
Adult Education
Clubs (photography, golf, sport, etc.)
WI (women’s institute)
Sport: surfing, golf, soccer, tennis, swimming, horse-riding, etc
Service – elderly, shut-ins etc.
Single Mums
Biblical counseling
Derby & Joan (elderly)
Prasso

** A coffee shop/ice-cream parlor is envisaged as part of the team outreach ministry.
